Leadership Coaching & Leadership Development Profile

PPS work effectively to facilitate significant changes in individual’s behaviour to bring about lasting change. Leading inevitably involves trying to affect significant changes and this is rarely achieved without changes in individual behaviour.  Tony is qualified in the use of The Leadership Development Profile from Harthill.

The LDP enables leaders to explore how they see and understand their world, which is the basis for their action.  It describes the leaders current action logic and suggests ways to consolidate and grow within that action logic.  The framework is a powerful way for individuals and teams to see a pathway to higher levels of performance.  After completing the psychimetric a debrief session takes place to explore the leaders potential from their current level of meaning making.

Effective leadership coaching can massively improve a manager’s performance – good coaching is more than just passing on ones own business experience. It requires a manager to reflect and learn new ways of operating to embrace and effect meaningful change.

Through the coaching process managers come to understand themselves more fully, to confront their obstacles and concerns, to nurture their drives and aspirations, and ultimately to channel their creativity towards organisational goals. Grounded in the development of personal and interpersonal awareness, leadership coaching encourages the individual to challenge self limiting mindsets and to stretch for possibilities that might previously seemed out of reach.
